If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace it or refund you. No games.
Custom & engraved items
Because these are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless:
• the item arrives damaged
• there is an engraving error on our end
• the wrong item was sent
If we made the mistake, we fix it.

Change of mind
For non-custom items:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
